In high school, Abby enjoyed giving her friends and family back massages. When she learned she could go to school to study that, Abby decided to give it a try. She really enjoyed her classes and earned a degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2018. Since joining the ChiroCenter team in 2019, Abby has been able to make many patients feel better, whether that be by helping them to relax or by resolving some of their aches and pains. 

As an introvert, Abby provides a quiet, calm, safe space for her patients to relax and to talk if they choose. She has strong listening skills and finds that patients benefit from it. She is also knowledgeable about how the muscular system impacts other systems of the body, working with patients to help improve the way they function, as a whole.

Abby was born in Owatonna, Minnesota, but has been able to travel to many other places. Some of her favorites include Innsbruck, Austria, which she visited with her high school marching band. Before deciding to be a massage therapist, Abby wanted to be an artist, and you can often see her work displayed at the office on the windows and chalkboard. At home, she has two cats, Ivy and Rosie, and enjoys rewatching her favorite TV shows and trying out new hobbies, like crocheting.
