Cyn is an intuitive body and energy worker, informed by their own cycles of healing through four accidents that each resulted in whiplash and brain injury.

Trained in Swedish and relaxation massage, trigger point, myofascial release, cranio sacral, reiki, energy healing and thai yoga bodywork, they are humbled and honored to support others on their journey of healing, embodiment and wellness.

As an ever-changing and expanding being, Cyn seeks to share love and truth with those around them as authentically and unconditionally as possible. They are happiest when immersed in nature, whether running the river trails in Minneapolis, trekking through mountains or canoeing in the Boundary Waters.

They cherish deep conversations, uncontrollable belly laughs, and their cat, Pippen.
