  • Our team of healthcare providers is focused on giving you and your family the very best care possible each and every day. From children’s healthy spine check-ups to acute injury care for adults, our chiropractors are board-certified experts. We have convenient hours at all of our locations across the metro. We offer X-ray, acupuncture, and massage therapy services on-site.

  • The vast majority of patients with major health insurance coverage do not need a referral; however, if you have a question, please contact one of our locations and we can guide you through the process.

  • Yes, all of our practitioners are accepting new patients.

  • We accept and are In-Network providers for most major insurance plans. See paying for care for more information.

  • We do have wellness plan options to fit your needs! Our wellness plans are an annual membership – individual, couple, family – that provides exclusive rates for all of our products and services. Wellness plans include: discounted services, 10% off oils, nutritional supplements, supports and pillows, 50% off x-rays.

Appointments

 
  • We strive to provide same-day appointments for our patients. If this is not possible because of the time of day or the nature of the injury, our doctors and team will work with you to arrange an alternative so that you receive prompt and appropriate care.

  • We know things come up and we try to be as accommodating as we can to your needs. With that in mind, there is no cancellation policy for chiropractic care. When scheduling for our massage, bodywork, and acupuncture, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy at all offices.

  • Appointment times can vary based on the service you are receiving. For chiropractic care, new patient exams are scheduled for 30 to 45 minutes. Regular chiropractic appointments are scheduled for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Acupuncture appointments can be scheduled for 30, 60, and 90-minute increments. Massage and bodywork services are given in 60 and 90-minute sessions. Corrective exercise is available in both 30 and 60-minute increments.

  • Absolutely! Pregnancy is one of the most important times to get adjusted, as your body is going through so many rapid changes. Adjustments have been shown to strengthen the immune system, lower blood pressure, and help align the pelvis for a parent’s comfort, giving baby the room it needs to grow and develop.

  • Although chiropractic has been most commonly known for helping with neck pain, back pain, and headaches, research is showing that it also improve other aspects of one’s health. Recent research shows that chiropractic improves immune system function, energy levels, digestive issues, high blood pressure, arthritis, and fertility issues – all without the use of drugs or surgery!

Payments

 
  • We accept credit card, check and cash payments at all of our locations.

  • Services are paid for at the time of visit. Sometimes care has to be processed by your insurance company before bills can be settled, which will be discussed with you at the end of your appointment.

  • Because we know things come up, we do not charge you for missed chiropractic appointments. Some of our offices do charge a certain amount for missing massage or acupuncture visits. Please talk to your specific office for details.

  • Yes, we accept most HSA payments. Please verify with your insurance provider before using at one of our locations.
