With over two decades of experience in acupuncture and bodywork, Rachel brings a deeply personal and holistic approach to healing. She was drawn to acupuncture because of its focus on treating the whole person.

Rachel’s practice focuses not only on relieving pain, but also on balancing the body to bring ease and a sense of wellbeing. She strives to ensure everyone who sees her feels seen, heard, and supported.

Her training has taken her across the globe, with extensive study in Minneapolis, Portland, as well as immersive experiences in China, Thailand and India. Outside of the clinic, she finds joy in Minnesota’s lakes, cycling, reading and making meals with her family. She is a proud and devoted mother and grandma, continuing to live in alignment with the care and presence she offers to her patients.
