With over two decades of experience in acupuncture and bodywork, Rachel brings a deeply personal and holistic approach to healing. She was drawn to acupuncture as a form of medicine where she felt seen and heard.

Rachel’s practice focuses not only on relieving pain, but also on balancing the body to bring ease and a sense of wellbeing. She strives to ensure everyone who sees her feels seen, heard, and supported.

Her training has taken her across the globe, with extensive study in Minneapolis and Portland, as well as immersive experiences in Yangshuo, China; Chiang Mai Thailand; and Goa, India. Outside of the clinic, she finds joy playing at parks, swimming in Minnesota’s lakes, cycling, and reading stories. She is a proud and devoted mother and “chirograndma”, continuing to live in alignment with the care and presence she offers to her patients.
